- 3 medium cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1/2 stack Ritz Crackers (save for topping)
Directions

1Mix all together and turn into one large (2 1/2 qt.) or two smaller casseroles.

2Top with crumbled Ritz Crackers (1/2 stack). Drizzle 2 tbsp. melted butter over crackers.

3(Can be frozen before baking, defrost to bake.)

4Bake at 350° about 40 minutes.
