- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together (very small amount of salt, if desired); put in oblong 2-quart casserole dish.

2Melt 1 stick butter and mix with 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers.

3Top vegetable mixture with the buttered crackers and bake at 325° for approximately 45 minutes.

4This is good made the night before and refrigerated.

5Fix the cracker mix just before baking.

6It also freezes well without the cracker topping.

7Serves about 8.
