  • 1 lb smoked ham (ground)
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (heated to boling point)
  • 12 cup water
  • 12 cup vinegar
  • 1 12 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
