  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Directions

    Spread melted butter in a casserole dish.

    Grate cheese. Crunch crackers.

    Boil vegetables for 25 minutes.

    Put half of vegetables in dish.

    Layer with half of cheese, then half of crackers.

    Repeat layers ending with crackers on top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
