- 2 (16 oz.) pkg. California style vegetables
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Velveeta cheese
- 5 to 6 slices white bread
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Cook vegetables; drain and spread in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Mix in 2 cans cream of mushroom soup.

2Add a layer of Velveeta cheese slices.

3Cube 5 to 6 slices of white bread and spread over top.

4Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine and pour over top.

5Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

6(Cover for last 10 minutes.)
