  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 2 to 3 c. crushed cheese crackers
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds

Directions

    Mix first 9 ingredients well and place in 2 small or 1 large casserole dish.

    Put slivered almonds evenly over vegetable mixture.

    Crush crackers; add melted oleo and mix well.

    Top the casserole with the cracker mixture.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour.
