  • 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • Ritz cracker crumbs or French fried onion rings

Directions

    Drain vegetables and chestnuts.

    Mix all ingredients, except butter and crackers; pour into a 3-quart casserole dish.

    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and butter that have been mixed together. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
