  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated cheese (medium sharp)
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cook vegetables, celery and onion for 5 minutes (until partially tender) in salt water; drain.

    Combine cooked vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese.

    Place in casserole dish. Combine crumbs and margarine.

    Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
