  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 c. crushed crackers

    Drain and mix all vegetable ingredients together.

    Add grated cheese on top of vegetables.

    Melt butter; add cracker crumbs and butter together.

    Sprinkle over mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
