  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 (14 oz.) can white whole kernel corn
  • 1 (14 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Saute onion, celery and green pepper in 2 tablespoons margarine.

    Add corn, green beans, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well.

    Mix together oleo and crackers.

    Put 1/2 of cracker mixture in bottom of casserole dish.

    Add vegetable mixture and top with remaining cracker mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
