- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Directions

1Cook vegetables until tender.

2Combine vegetables, sour cream, soup, 1/2 of cheese and onion rings and pepper and place in greased casserole.

3Bake at 350°, covered, for 30 minutes.

4Top with remaining onion rings and cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
