  • 1 can French-style beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) size sour cream
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 pkg. grated cheese
  • 35 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted and poured over crackers

Directions

    Place beans, corn, onion and pepper in dish first (in layers). Combine soup and sour cream; pour on top.

    Place chestnuts and cheese on, then put crackers and butter on top.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
