  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can yellow Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can French-cut beans
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of corn soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 can almonds

Directions

    Drain all vegetables.

    Saute celery, onion and peppers first. Mix together with drained vegetables.

    Mix butter and almonds. Top casserole with this mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
