- 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can yellow Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can French-cut beans
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of corn soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 can almonds
Directions

1Drain all vegetables.

2Saute celery, onion and peppers first. Mix together with drained vegetables.

3Mix butter and almonds. Top casserole with this mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
