  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 pkg. broccoli
  • 1 pkg. baby Brussels sprouts
  • 1 pkg. chopped asparagus
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 soup can milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook frozen vegetables just until tender-crisp.

    In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place layer of vegetables.

    Cover with mushrooms, water chestnuts, onion and 1/2 mushroom soup (thinned with milk).

    Cover with remaining vegetables, soup and cheese. Heat in a 350° oven until bubbly (about 20 minutes).

    Serves 8 to 10.
