  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 box cheese crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • salt to taste
