- 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- cheese crackers
- melted margarine (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients except crackers. Spread in a long casserole dish.

3Crush cheese crackers and mix with melted margarine, if desired.

4Spread crackers over vegetables.

5Bake for 30 minutes.
