  • 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • cheese crackers
  • melted margarine (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix all ingredients except crackers. Spread in a long casserole dish.

    Crush cheese crackers and mix with melted margarine, if desired.

    Spread crackers over vegetables.

    Bake for 30 minutes.
