  • 1 small onion
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables with juice
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 2 c. chow mein noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms with juice
