- 1 pkg. cauliflower
- 1 can peas with onions, drained
- 2 c. cooked carrots
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
Directions

1Cook cauliflower 4 minutes.

2Slice water chestnuts and mix remaining ingredients.

3Put in 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Can bake then freeze.
