  • 1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. drained water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 big Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook vegetables, onion and pepper together until almost done. Add chestnuts and cheese.

    Mix mayo, milk and flour together.

    Add to vegetables with salt and pepper.

    Cook in oven at 350° about 15 minutes.

    Top with more cheese or crumble Ritz crackers or soda crackers on top.

    Sprinkle melted butter over and bake.
