- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1In saucepan, melt cream cheese, soup, mayonnaise and onion. Add drained can of Veg-All and corn.

2Mix together and pour into a greased glass baking dish.

3Crumble crackers and mix with melted margarine.

4Sprinkle this mixture on top and bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
