  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small, chopped onion
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick melted oleo

Directions

    Mix vegetables.

    Add mayonnaise and cheese.

    Put in casserole. Top with crackers mixed with oleo.
