  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)

Directions

    Cook mixed vegetables as stated on package with onion and celery.

    Remove from heat and add mayonnaise and soup.

    Crumble crackers and mix with butter.

    Pour vegetables into casserole dish.

    Top with crackers.

    Cook at 350° for 35 minutes.
