- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter (room temperature)
Directions

1Cook mixed vegetables as stated on package with onion and celery.

2Remove from heat and add mayonnaise and soup.

3Crumble crackers and mix with butter.

4Pour vegetables into casserole dish.

5Top with crackers.

6Cook at 350° for 35 minutes.
