  • 20 oz. box mixed vegetables (frozen, I use Italian blend)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. American cheese
  • Town House crackers

Directions

    Cook and drain vegetables.

    Mix together soup, mayonnaise and cheese.

    Pour mixture over vegetables.

    Top with Town House cracker crumbs, then Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
