- 1 can French-cut green beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 small can French fried onions
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (use more cheese if desired)
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Mix the beans and corn (drain well).

2Spread evenly in casserole dish.

3Mix the sour cream, celery soup, minced onions and cheese.

4Spread evenly over beans and corn.

5Crush crackers and cover evenly.

6Melt butter and spoon over crackers.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

8Remove from oven; sprinkle French fried onions on top.

9Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until onions brown.
