  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 1 small can French fried onions
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (use more cheese if desired)
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Mix the beans and corn (drain well).

    Spread evenly in casserole dish.

    Mix the sour cream, celery soup, minced onions and cheese.

    Spread evenly over beans and corn.

    Crush crackers and cover evenly.

    Melt butter and spoon over crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven; sprinkle French fried onions on top.

    Return to oven for 5 minutes, or until onions brown.
