- 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery or celery seed
- 1/2 medium onion, cut in small pieces
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix together vegetables, mayonnaise, celery, onion and cheese and put in casserole dish.

2Mix 1 stack of Ritz crackers (crushed) and 1 stick margarine and put on top.

3Bake at 375° until brown and bubbly.
