  • 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. celery or celery seed
  • 1/2 medium onion, cut in small pieces
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix together vegetables, mayonnaise, celery, onion and cheese and put in casserole dish.

    Mix 1 stack of Ritz crackers (crushed) and 1 stick margarine and put on top.

    Bake at 375° until brown and bubbly.
