- 1 large pkg. mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- pinch of nutmeg or thyme (optional)
Directions

1Cook and drain vegetables.

2Place in a flat 9 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.

3Cook butter, flour and water together.

4Cool and add sour cream, cheese and optional spices, if desired.

5Pour over the vegetables and top with buttered crumbs.

6Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

7Can be made a day ahead and baked the next day.
