  • 2 cans Veg-All
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Drain Veg-All and save 1 cup juice.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch dish sprayed with Pam.

    Crush Ritz crackers and put on top.

    Melt 1/2 stick of margarine and pour over crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
