- 2 cans Veg-All
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- 2 cans sliced water chestnuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Drain Veg-All and save 1 cup juice.

2Mix all ingredients together.

3Put in 9 x 13-inch dish sprayed with Pam.

4Crush Ritz crackers and put on top.

5Melt 1/2 stick of margarine and pour over crackers.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
