  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 stack Town House crackers, crushed

Directions

    Cook and drain vegetables.

    Mix all other ingredients, except butter and crackers, with vegetables.

    Place into buttered dish. Mix butter with crackers and put on top.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350° until bubbly so that onion and celery will be crunchy.
