- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed Japanese frozen vegetables
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. grated mild cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Cut all vegetables into small pieces, including water chestnuts and onions.

2Add all ingredients except butter and crackers.

3Mix well and pour in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

4Crush crackers and mix in melted butter.

5Pour over vegetables and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
