  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed Japanese frozen vegetables
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. grated mild cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Cut all vegetables into small pieces, including water chestnuts and onions.

    Add all ingredients except butter and crackers.

    Mix well and pour in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

    Crush crackers and mix in melted butter.

    Pour over vegetables and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
