Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can Veg-All
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Mix all above in mixing bowl and cover top with 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz cracker crumbs in 1/2 stick melted oleo.

    Bake in 350° oven until crackers are brown.

    (I usually cook the onions and celery about 3 minutes in microwave oven before I put them in with the rest of it.)
