- 1 (No. 2) can Veg-All
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Mix all above in mixing bowl and cover top with 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz cracker crumbs in 1/2 stick melted oleo.

2Bake in 350° oven until crackers are brown.

3(I usually cook the onions and celery about 3 minutes in microwave oven before I put them in with the rest of it.)
