- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Place in a greased casserole dish.

3Crush Ritz crackers on top of casserole.

4Dot crackers with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
