  • 1 large pkg. frozen vegetables
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped (do not drain)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • saltines
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Directions

    Mix all above and put in casserole.

    Top with crushed saltines and 1/2 stick oleo.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
