  • 1 (No. 2) can French-style beans with diced red peppers, drain
  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn, drain
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. almonds

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in bowl and put in casserole.

    Crush 1 tube of Ritz crackers; melt margarine.

    Pour margarine into Ritz crackers.

    Spread on top of casserole.

    Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
