  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted (may omit)
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • crushed cheese crackers
  • almond slivers
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Pour melted margarine in a casserole dish; mix vegetables, celery soup and sour cream.

    Put vegetable mixture in casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Cover cheese with crushed cheese crackers.

    Sprinkle almond slivers over crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
