  • 1 can corn (no salt)
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 1/2 c. scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder or to taste
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (no salt)
