- 1 bag carrots, diced
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned
- 2 c. potatoes, diced
- 1 can each: peas and green beans (do not drain)
- 1 or 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 large can stewed tomatoes
- dash of salt
Directions

1Boil carrots for 15 minutes.

2Add ground beef, potatoes, chili powder, salt, tomato soup and tomatoes.

3Cook for about 45 minutes. Add beans and peas.

4Cook for 15 minutes.

5Serve with French bread.
