Vegetable Chili

  • 1 bag carrots, diced
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned
  • 2 c. potatoes, diced
  • 1 can each: peas and green beans (do not drain)
  • 1 or 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 large can stewed tomatoes
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Boil carrots for 15 minutes.

    Add ground beef, potatoes, chili powder, salt, tomato soup and tomatoes.

    Cook for about 45 minutes. Add beans and peas.

    Cook for 15 minutes.

    Serve with French bread.
