- 3 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 to 1 stick butter
Directions

1Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.

2Mix together all dry ingredients and add to persimmon pulp, buttermilk and eggs. Add butter.

3Add vanilla.

4Pour into baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for around 30 minutes or until done.
