  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (20 ounce) can tomatoes, mashed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 34 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 14 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 12 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions

    Put the first nine ingredients on to boil until the vegetables are just tender.

    Do not overcook.

    Melt margarine in a saucepan.

    Add flour.

    Gradually whisk in milk, allowing to thicken.

    Add mustard, worcestershire and cheese.

    Pour the saucepan mixture into the vegetable mixture and serve.
