- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can tomatoes, mashed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 34 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 14 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions

1Put the first nine ingredients on to boil until the vegetables are just tender.

2Do not overcook.

3Melt margarine in a saucepan.

4Add flour.

5Gradually whisk in milk, allowing to thicken.

6Add mustard, worcestershire and cheese.

7Pour the saucepan mixture into the vegetable mixture and serve.
