  • 2 c. diced cucumbers
  • 2 c. diced tomatoes
  • 2 c. diced green peppers
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 medium onions, diced
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix salt and pepper with vegetables.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with bread crumbs.

    Mix 3/4 of buttered crumbs with the vegetables.

    Add water and top with remaining crumbs.
