- 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Melt 1 stick margarine in a 2-quart dish; cover bottom then drain off excess.

2Place all ingredients in dish.

3Put crushed crackers on top and pour melted margarine over.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
