  • 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Melt 1 stick margarine in a 2-quart dish; cover bottom then drain off excess.

    Place all ingredients in dish.

    Put crushed crackers on top and pour melted margarine over.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
