  • 1 (1 lb.) can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. herb dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. margarine

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients.

    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch bake dish.

    Mix margarine and dressing; sprinkle on top of vegetables. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
