Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower, cut up
- 6 tomatoes, cut and peeled
- 6 to 8 potatoes, small and cut up
- 1/4 lb. shelled peas
- 1/4 lb. green beans, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 6 small onions
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. stock
Directions

1Place vegetables on a large plate.

2Sprinkle with mixed spices and salt.

3Melt butter in a heavy pan.

4Saute the onions and garlic.

5Add the spiced veggies and stock.

6Cover and bring to a boil, simmer for about 20 minutes until all vegetables are tender. Serve with hot cooked rice.
