- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, green beans, celery, red pepper and mushrooms
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain. Combine vegetables and next 4 ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole.

2Combine breadcrumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole.

3Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
