- 1/2 c. creamed low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. carrot, finely grated
- 2 tsp. onion, finely grated
- 1 tsp. green pepper, finely grated
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except yogurt, until smooth.

2Fold in yogurt.

3Cover and chill.

4Serve as a dip with a variety of raw vegetables. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
