  • 1/2 c. creamed low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. carrot, finely grated
  • 2 tsp. onion, finely grated
  • 1 tsp. green pepper, finely grated
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except yogurt, until smooth.

    Fold in yogurt.

    Cover and chill.

    Serve as a dip with a variety of raw vegetables. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
