- 6 medium green onions (tops too)
- 1 qt. mayonnaise
- 6 oz. olives (half black and half green stuffed)
- 4 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese
Directions

1Use blender or food processor to chop olives and onions by adding a bit of the olive juice to the container you are using. Add olives and turn blender/processor on-off about twice.

2Drain well, saving the juice to do the same with the onions.

3Drain the onions.

4Mix onions and olives with mayonnaise and crumbled Bleu cheese.
