- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
Directions

1Blend all cheeses, milk, dill weed and pepper until smooth. Put in bowl and add sunflower seeds and carrots.
