  • 2 cans whole green beans, drained
  • 1 pkg. carrots, cut in 2-inch strips, parboil about 8 minutes
  • 2 c. celery, cut in 2-inch strips
  • 2 green peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 can whole onions
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca, sprinkle over top
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar, sprinkle over top
  • 1 tsp. sage, sprinkle over top
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes, pour over all
  • 1 stick butter or oleo, cut up, lay over top
