- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 4 carrots, grated
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Directions

1Cook squash; drain and mash.

2Add all ingredients except butter and 1/4 of dressing.

3Pour in buttered casserole.

4Mix butter and remaining dressing.

5Sprinkle over top.

6Bake 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
