- 1/4 c. mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced green onion
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped flat leaf Italian parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped basil
Directions

1In the microwave, cook mushrooms, pepper and sliced green onion until soft.

2Stir in garlic, parsley and basil.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.
