- 1 can green beans or can use fresh or frozen, cooked and drained
- 3 oz. can mushrooms, drained and sliced up
- 1/3 c. low-calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 medium tomatoes (fresh, firm)
Directions

1Cook beans, drain.

2Put into bowl with mushrooms, onions and salad dressing.

3Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.

4Toss to marinate occasionally.

5Cut tops from tomatoes.

6Scoop out centers and drain.

7Season with salt and pepper.

8Fill with bean mixture. Refrigerate until serving time (4 servings).
